At first I only received two bracelets, but I ordered three. I contacted them but got no reaction, I dm'ed them on instagram and then I did get a reaction. Turns out they do not receive all the mails sometimes, that's why the do not respond to some other people, but if you contact them through instagram you'll get a fast reply back! they were really sorry that this happend and they sent me a new bracelet, I even offered to pay for the shipping fee but they told me it was okay! I received it in 3 days and they even gave me a gift and a nice thank you card! will definitely order again!
