Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually arrive the next day within the Netherlands. Orders within Europe typically arrive within 2–10 business days. You do not need to be home to receive your package, as most orders are shipped as mailbox packages.

If you wish to return your order, this can be done within 14 days of receiving it. Simply send us an email at jewelsniza@gmail.com to request the return address. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Products must be returned in their original packaging. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned items.

We offer jewelry made from different materials, so we always recommend checking the product description before purchasing. However, around 9 out of 10 of our jewelry pieces are made from stainless steel, which is highly durable and long-lasting. Gold-plated jewelry may naturally become slightly lighter over time. To preserve the color and quality for as long as possible, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals for gold-plated pieces.
