When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually arrive the next day. For orders within Europe, delivery takes 2-10 business days. You don’t need to be at home to receive your order, as we send them as mailbox packages.

 

How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, this can be done within 14 days of receiving it. Simply send us an email at jewelsniza@gmail.com to request the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unworn. Refunds for returns are processed within 10 business days after we receive the returned items.

 

Do the jewelry pieces change color?

Our jewelry is made from stainless steel, which retains its color for a long time. However, gold-plated pieces may gradually become lighter over time. To preserve their appearance, we recommend avoiding contact with water for gold-plated items. The materials used for each product are specified in the product description, so please review this information before making a purchase.
