Refund policy
1. Return Period
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we are unable to accept any returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
• Items that are damaged, defective, discolored, or altered after delivery are also not eligible for return or refund.
3. Return Conditions
• All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
4. Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
5. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Discoloration & Damage
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If your product has an issue like discoloration (which shouldn’t happen), feel free to contact us and we’ll sort it out for you. Unfortunately, we can’t check for damage, but if your item does get damaged, we encourage you to reach out. While we can’t guarantee everything, we’ll do our best to make things right!
