Shipping policy

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on your location. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or taxes incurred in your country. 

Shipping costs are set prices by our carrier, and not determined by us. We strive to keep our prices as low as possible to ensure customer satisfaction."

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Responsibility: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.

International Deliveries & Local Carriers

For international orders, PostNL may hand your parcel over to a local delivery partner once it arrives in the destination country.

If your parcel has already been transferred to a local carrier, we recommend contacting that carrier directly for local delivery requests, such as:

  • Changing or correcting delivery details
  • Arranging a new delivery attempt
  • Questions about a local pickup point
  • Providing additional delivery instructions

As the local carrier is responsible for the final delivery in your country, they will usually be able to assist with these requests faster than we can from the Netherlands.

Please note: NizaJewels remains your point of contact if your parcel is lost, does not arrive, or if there is a delivery issue that cannot be resolved with the local carrier. Where necessary, we will contact our shipping partner and initiate an investigation.

We kindly ask customers to cooperate with the local delivery carrier where possible, as this can often resolve international delivery issues much faster.


Standard Shipping (Free / Regular Rate):
We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. In the rare case of a delivery issue, we will always provide an appropriate solution. Please note that resolution may depend on the investigation process of the carrier (e.g. PostNL), which can take some time.
