Measure your finger from top to knuckle using a soft tape or string, then match your measurement to our size chart.

OR, get a ring you wear frequently and measure it from top to bottom in centimetres.

• Size 5 measures ≈ 1.5cm.
• Size 6 measures ≈ 1.6cm.
• Size 7 measures ≈ 1.7cm.
• Size 8 measures ≈ 1.8cm.

For the most accurate fit, measure in the evening when fingers are slightly swollen, and allow a comfortable gap between the ring and your skin.
