It came as described and seen in the picture the quality is amazing as well everything is perfect i brought it with packaging but it's only one size so idk how to make it smaller that's the only problem but other then that it's great

I ordered two bracelets, one with packaging and one without, when I received the order i only got 1 bracelet with packaging, where is my other one I thought? I send them a message and got a reply in literally 3 minutes, they apologised and said they mixed my order with another customer, they've send me a new one (I didn't have to pay any extra costs) and I even got a free gift. I have never felt more safe while I am ordering online. Amazing customer service and will definitely order again! count me in. as a regular customer!! :)
